Before entering the fitness industry I was a Sports Instructor for a number of years, teaching a variety of activities including
Archery, Fencing, Street Boarding & more…
Building on this important experience, I’m super excited to announce that Get Active Kids is now the newest branch of our unique Cumbrian business!

Why I Created Get Active Kids
We cherish our favourite memories growing up, particularly those that feature the adults that influenced us to try out new things & helped to shape our future...
​
I wanted to inspire the next generation & introuduce them to new opportunities, encouraging them to try something different in a fun, & entertaining way - especially for those children who aren’t really interested team sports, or are a little shy (as I myself was never the most confident growing up).
​
The opportunities I provide could see your child flourish in a different light. Get Active Kids is designed to make smiles & support children to grow away from the traditional curriculum & most common team based activities. Once I saw the positive reaction to our first few Get Active Kids sessions had, I knew it was something I had to introduce to the business...

I 'm qualified in a wide variety of children's activities & hold an up to date, enhanced DBS, alongside First Aid, Child Protection training & a Child Safety course.
